Gather your information
You'll need:
- your IRD number
- your contact details
- your start date as an IR56 worker
- to be able to describe your work.
After logging in to myIR, select 'I want to...'
Select 'Register for new tax accounts'
You'll find this under the 'Registration, application and enrolment' heading.
Select 'Employer (EMP) and IR56 taxpayer registration'
Select 'Next' and follow the prompts for entering your information.
Log in to myIR
If you would prefer you can download the IR359 form, complete it and send it back to us.
Contact us if you need any help with your registration.
What happens next
Once we have received your registration we'll send you an Employer information - IR348 form and a New employee and KiwiSaver details - IR346K form.
